How to become a Merchant?
1. Visit https://monspacemall.com/merchant/en/merchant/registration/merchant_monspacemall
2. Fill in all required information. Please ensure all information are correct.

3. Once you completed your registration form and submit. You will receive your new login information by email in approximately 24 to 48 hours.
Term and Condition
1. Merchant hereby agrees with our one-month payment term.
2. Merchant is needed to issue out the invoice on 25th of every month. Invoices needed to be emailed to finance@monspacemall.com
3. Payment will be made within 1 month after the invoice is sent to our finance department.
4. Payment will be
made to merchant according to the product cost price which merchants have key
in into the system and NOT Monspacemall selling price.
5. Merchants need
to deliver the product to the user in order to receive payment from
Monspacemall.
6. Merchants need
to send to Monspacemall the tracking code after the product is shipped
out. Tracking code needs to be sent via email
to supplier@monspacemall.com
7. Merchants will
be given only 7 DAYS to ship out the product to the user after
Monspacemall has sent out D.O to merchants registered email.
8. Merchant will
need to be responsible for their own stock. The
product which has been out of stock have to be constantly
updated into merchant system.
9. Monspacemall
will not bear any loss of the products. All losses will need to be bear by
merchant themselves.
