How does delivery work, where, and follow-ups
When can I get my product delivered?
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday to Friday excluding federal and national holidays
- Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed
- If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment especially during November and December
- We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your orders has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information on your confirmation email.
