How does delivery work, where, and follow-ups
If you are not present for your delivery slot, it has an impact on our resources and costs, which in turn means that we are unable to serve you and your fellow customers to the best of our ability. That is why we need your full details in My Account settings. Reason being the courier service would be able to contact you beforehand.
